Bazelet beer, which is brewed in the Golan Heights Brewery, is a pioneer of trendy boutique beers in Israel, and one of Israel's most beloved and well-known breweries. The Golan Brewery decided to use water from the Seleucid Spring and is the only brewery in Israel that uses spring water. In addition, Bazelet beer is known for its use in a variety of hops, to give quality and uncompromising production processes.
