Westbourne Gin Based
perfect serves Negroni
20ml Westbourne
20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Campari
1 fresh orange peel
1. Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.
